Problem: Water getting into the basement and sunroom. Existing landscaping overgrown and grading which lead to water problem and rotting of wood siding.
We removed an old deck and left the arbor intact. Regraded entire area. Installed a drainage system underneath the new bluestone patio and planting beds along the entire front and side of the house.

We installed fieldstone retaining walls and a new bluestone patio. The result is a much more usable, clean and inviting space to enjoy from inside and outside the house.
The challenge was to blend the new landscaping in with the old as to leave the eye fooled into believing it had all been there from the start.. |
